Nate Glant is entering his 1st season as head coach at Rend Lake College.
Glant brings a strong track record of coaching success across multiple programs. He began his coaching career as the Pitching Coach at Dawson Community College (2017), where his staff ranked #8 nationally in ERA and #10 in strikeouts.
He then moved to Lincoln Trail College (2017–2019), where his pitching staffs consistently ranked in the national top 10 for ERA and strikeouts.
From 2019 to 2023, Glant served as the Head Coach at Muskegon Community College. Under his leadership, MCC rewrote the school record books as well as NJCAA records. His teams led the NJCAA in hitting (.370) in 2021 and in stolen bases in both 2021 and 2023. His teams also broke school records for home runs and stolen bases (2022, 2023), as well as strikeouts by the pitching staff (2023). He coached 56 All-Conference players, two All-Americans, and saw 58 players advance to four-year schools.
Glant moved on to Union Commonwealth University as Associate Head Coach/Pitching Coach (2023-2025) during that time 11 players were named AAC conference pitchers of week in his 2 seasons, as well as having staffs that finished 2nd and 4th in school history for strikeouts.
In total, Glant helped develop 2 MLB pitchers, and 11 MiLB players.
Glant holds multiple coaching certifications, including Brian Cain's MPM Certification, Driveline Baseball Pitching, and training under Eric Cressey.
