INA, Ill. (December 5, 2024)—The Athletic department has named Elijah Edosa, Men's Basketball, as the November Student Athlete of the Month.

The Freshman from Scarborough, Ontario has had quite the start to his collegiate career. Edosa has filled up the stat sheet from game one this season. He is averaging 15.6 points per game and 11. 4 rebounds per game, which is good for 10th nationally. He also leads the team with 2 steals per game and has chipped in 2.4 blocks per game, good for 14th in the country. Edosa has helped the Warriors to a 4-1 start over the first month of the season.

"Elijah really put in the work in the preseason, and we are seeing that work pay off early in the season," said head coach Tim Wills. "We have a long way to go but look forward to our team getting better each time out."

The student athlete of the month is given each month to recognize our athletes on and off the field. The winner's picture will be on display at the entrance of the REC for all of those who come into workout or practice
