INA, Ill. (September 22, 2025) — RLC Athletics Department is proud to recognize sophomore golfer Parker Boehne (Iuka), as the Student Athlete of the Month for September. Boehne earned the honor following an impressive string of performances that included two consecutive runner-up finishes on the course.

Boehne showcased consistency and composure during a standout month for the Warrior men’s golf team. Competing in the ICC Cougar Fall Classic at Metamora Fields Golf Club on September 8–9, he finished 2nd overall in a field of 104 players, carding an even-par total with rounds of 72 and 70.

Just a week later, Boehne continued his strong play at the RLC Warrior Fall Classic on September 15 at Franklin County Country Club. Against a field of 39 players, he again claimed 2nd place individually, finishing 3 under par with rounds of 69 and 70.

With his consistent play and leadership on the course, Parker Boehne has set the pace for the Warriors this fall, earning him well-deserved recognition as Student Athlete of the Month.
